RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return policy is 7 days. Once 7 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. For an item to qualify for a return, it must be undamaged and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please always include the reason for the return, order number and photos in your email.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-7 business days for us to inspect and process it. Once the return has been processed, you will receive confirmation via email.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
LATE OR EXPIRED REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank.
It often takes processing time to register a refund. If you have already followed these steps and have not yet received your refund, contact us at info.temprato@gmail.com.
ITEMS FOR SALE (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Sorry, no refunds on sale items..
EXCHANGE RATES: (if applicable)
We will only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info.temprato@gmail.com with photos of the item when you received it.
Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund. Depending on the country you live in, delivery times for the replacement product may vary.
Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST ORDER:
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If the tracking number is sent successfully and the address you provide to us at checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to, we will not be responsible if your package is lost. Lost or stolen packages are not refundable
